Sumit Kumar assumed cost as the brand new District Collector of Chittoor in his chamber on the Collectorate, right here on Monday. Monks from Sri Varasiddhi Vinayaka Swami Temple of Kanipakam welcomed him, adopted by ashirwachanam amid chanting of Vedic hymns.
