Those that are hooked on arrack eat this poisonous liquor. To keep away from this, the federal government should consider opening toddy outlets. Toddy is a pure product from palm and coconut timber. In Kerala, coconut toddy is frequent and is cheaper than Indian-made international liquor and arrack. Farmers can generate revenue for themselves and the federal government as effectively. The federal government ought to grant licences to tape toddy from palmyra timber.
