Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will journey to Washington this week to fulfill with President Biden and members of Congress, an important journey that comes as U.S. support is about to run dry by month’s finish and lawmakers think about approving one other $60 billion.
Mr. Zelenskyy will meet on the White Home with Mr. Biden and on Capitol Hill with all senators on Tuesday. Home Speaker Mike Johnson can even meet with him Tuesday, the Louisiana Republican’s spokesperson mentioned.
White Home press secretary Karine Jean Pierre mentioned Mr. Biden will “underscore the US’ unshakable dedication to supporting the individuals of Ukraine as they defend themselves towards Russia’s brutal invasion.”
